Screen Printing

It’s an art form, thousands of years in the making! Screen Printing is the decoration of fabric (shirts, caps, bags, etc.) through the process of pushing ink or dye through a stencil or screen. Famous for its ability to produce lifelong quality, this system of printing on apparel, when teamed with professional design capabilities, becomes an amazing way to showcase your business, team, organization, or group.

  • Short print runs can get costly and are limited on how many colors can be used.

How Does It Work?

After the artwork is completed and approved for production, it must be separated into each specific color and printed onto transparency in black ink. Registration marks (little crosses in this case) are used to help our printers align the many colors during pre-production and guarantee an amazing, finished product.

Some things to take into consideration...

For best results:

  • Submit your artwork in .AI or .PDF format with ALL TEXT converted.

  • If you can’t supply Vector artwork we can sometimes us your Raster design to print but it will need to be a high resolution.

  • If your Raster design is too small there’s a chance an art fee will be necessary.
